I woke up to this on Facebook on the morning of my birthday.

On Saturday, my stepmom and I planned to go shopping yesterday. My dad knew about it and even offered to give us a ride. Sunday morning, my auntie calls and says she needs someone to watch her patients while she goes to the swap meet. My dad says yes, saying they’ll be back before 1, the time we were supposed to go. Hours later, they still never come home. It’s funny how someone can just get lost at swap meet and not keep track of the time eh? I got tired of waiting, I went to sleep and woke up at 4 when my stepmom calls. I was really mad, but not showed it because I’m making a big deal out of a small thing. But I’m mad because I cancelled my plans with my friends so I can hang out with my stepmom. My dad doesn’t see the point.

My golly gosh! Where has time gone? I met you over 10 years ago! I can’t believe we’re still the same now. The only thing is, we’re a bit fatter than we were back then. But that’s ok. Cause who needs to be skinny anyway, right? I hope we can have a relationship like we do now! I love talking to you about everything. And even though we were apart throughout middle school and Freshman year, I’m glad you still got my back. I love you<3

I’m sorry for making us drift apart. It’s hard being able to see each other now especially cause I don’t live on that side anymore. Ugh! You are the most annoying person ever! But that’s why I love you. And that’s why you’re my best friend. That’s it. No ifs, ands or buts.

Went up to Roundtop yesterday. Just before sunset. But then with the rain, we had to leave early! Wish I could’ve gotten more picture but the weather wouldn’t allow me! But anyways, our next destination is Diamond Head. It’s been over a year since I went up the crater. I hope I can still make it to the top.
